We invite you to take a part in scientific seminar entitled Selected cybersecurity issues - challenges and risks presented by prof. Dominik Strzałka from Department of Complex System, Rzeszow University of Technology, Poland, and Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan (APA).

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan is a higher educational institution with a special status in the country that provides training, retraining and advanced training for civil servants.

APA was established in 2005. The Academy is the legal heir of Academy of Civil Service under the President of Kazakhstan, and Judicial Academy under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They were merged in January 2005 to establish APA.

In 2012 the new Concept of development of the Academy was adopted as a result of a joint project with the European Union to reform the Academy was implemented. Internationally recognized educational programs as MPA (Master of Public Administration), MPP (Master of Public Policy), DPA (Doctor of Public Administration), DPP (Doctor of Public Policy) were launched in the Academy.

Over 25 years, the Academy has trained more than 2.5 thousand managers from various levels of government, who have made a significant contribution to state reforms. Every year, more than 25 thousand civil servants improve their competencies at seminars and retraining courses at the Academy.

  During the seminar a presentation of selected topics obtained thanks to the Erasmus+ Interdisciplinary Cybersecurity Training (InCyT, 2021-1-DE02-KA220-VET-000034737) project will be shown.
