On Saturday, May 27, 2023, the 14th PTI Delegates' Convention was held, during which new general authorities of the Polish Information Processing Society were elected. By the decision of the delegates, Wieslaw Paluszyński was re-elected as President of PTI. We are pleased to announce that Marek Bolanowski, an employee of the Department of Complex Systems, has been elected to the Presidium of the Board of the PTI. In the new term, he will be responsible, among other things, for coordinating cooperation with scientific units and supporting the organization of competitions organized by PTI.
During the meeting, the composition of the PTI Scientific Council was also elected. Andrzej Paszkiewicz, an employee of the Department of Complex Systems, was elected to the SC PTI.
During the Congress, Marek Bolanowski, was awarded the highest PTI Gold Badge for his many years of social activity for the benefit of the Polish Information Processing Society.
