On November 15-16, the Deep Tech Summit conference on startups and projects based on research and development (R&D) and advanced engineering, which focus on creating solutions to the most complex problems of mankind and the world, was held in Warsaw. The talk at the event was given by Michal Ćmil, M.Sc. The presentation described the NanoForms server, used to process, analyze and assemble raw data obtained from sequencing microbial genomes using Oxford Nanopore technology.
