According to the InCyT project time schedule, another meeting of the project team was done. This time we have focused on selected problems related to modeling effective cybersecurity training frameworks for small and medium enterprises. There are several important issues that should be taken into account when different frameworks are analyzed but it seems that the rule based on the assumption that ”education and training must be interactive, guided, meaningful and directly relevant to the user” is the best one. User engagement and user motivations are the most important two factors that guarantee success in cybersecurity education and training. What should be done in order to guarantee these two factors in the case of SME’s?

The project team discussed these challenges and decided to prepare skills and competencies mapping tables relevant for 4 different main identified categories: technical skills, non-technical (soft skills), implementation skills, and managerial skills. There will be also introduced appropriate methods of participants’ feedback collection.
