Department of Complex Systems is pleased to inform that on Dec 17th, the list of Candidates (undergraduate and graduate students) was closed for the participation in the project "Oxford Nanopore technology: enzyme optimization and genomic data analysis for commercial applications”, financed by Subcarpathian Innovation Center (PCI). The project will be conducted between Jan 1st 2020 and Jun 30th 2020, in the Department of Complex Systems, Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering RUT, with the cooperation with the Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, Faculty of Chemistry RUT. The Principal Investigator in the PCI project is Dominik Strzałka, PhD Eng, the Director of the Department of Complex Systems.
After closing the applications, on Dec 18th, the Contest Committee was convened in accordance with the Contest Regulations. Next, a ranking list was created, with the score for scientific and other achievements of the Candidates, based on the submitted applications and the relevant announcements. On this ground, the following persons were selected to participate in the PCI Project:

We also thank the other Candidates for their interest in participating in the project!
